Shipping & Returns
We offer free UK delivery on bookmarks, miniatures, and keyrings and on orders over £50. All of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail, Evri, or Yodel, depending on size and weight.
Worldwide shipping is available, and all international orders are sent using tracked services for peace of mind.
Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for delays caused by customs processes once the order has been dispatched.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and items must be returned in their original condition, any damage or loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility.
As our items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, but please get in touch if there’s a problem with your order and we’ll be happy to help.
Care & Maintenance
To keep your 3D printed item in great condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or high heat, as PLA can begin to soften at temperatures above 50°C.
Clean gently using a soft, damp cloth and avoid hot water, harsh chemicals, or putting it in the dishwasher.
Although PLA is a strong and lightweight material, it’s still best to handle your product with care, especially around delicate or detailed areas. With proper care, your 3D printed item will stay looking great for years to come.
